Sunpharma,this scrip has performed well since last one year where other A Group Pharma companies have failed to do so. More over the management of the company has plans to demerge into two companies. While th eparent company is into the generic buisness, the new company formed will specialse in RnR and will be listed no EXCHANGES.The share holders of sun pharma will recieve one share of the new entity for holding one share. The face vaule of the new share will be rs 1 against against 5 of sun pharma the new entity will get rs 250 crores from reserves of sun pharma.Sun pharma has accumulated more than 1300 crores as reserves in FY 06.
